I recently finished my Invisalign, whitening, and bonding treatment at Providence Dental, and I’m so happy with the results! Komala and her team were brilliant from start to finish – super friendly, professional, and always made me feel at ease.
My teeth are now perfectly straight, much whiter, and the bonding looks so natural. I couldn’t have asked for better care or a better outcome.

Literally the best dental hygienist and fellow staff.
I am usually a nervous and rather cynical patient having had some rather painful and expensive dental appointments at my old dentists in London in the past.
However, I have been totally and very pleasantly surprised. The staff are so friendly, kind and reassuring. They gave very clear information.
Best of all I didn't experience any pain at all.
(The only reason I haven't mentioned a particular dentist, is because I am a new patient and haven't seen one yet!)
I would recommend this dental surgery.

The team who have taken over Providence are helpful, and, informative and reassuring. Thank goodness. Kamala reddy has given good direction and advice and the hygienist Casey, is fantastic too. My cleaning regime is much better now for it! Expensive as it might seem to go to a dentist, it’s a very worthwhile investment to prevent much more expense later on!

I had been calling round Folkestone to try to get some advice on a problem I've got, all of the other company couldn't wait to get off the phone to me and was quite rude. However when I spoke to the girl this morning on reception, she was very patient and explained to me everything I needed to know. This is the difference between good customer service and bad because now I will be doing my business here all because of a polite lady on the phone.
Just had some dental treatment with Komala, to rebuild worn away enamel. Komala did a great job, and being a very anxious patient, she made me feel at ease. The reception team were also very pleasant. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dental surgery

Providence Dental is a well run, independent practice where, from my experience, the customer is always put first. Candy the Hygienist is a superstar, so professional and friendly. Bimla is a wonderful nurse who is discrete and welcoming. Helen the Receptionist I have known for years, she is exactly the right person to have 'front of house'.Emma, often on reception, is super welcoming, her sunny disposition immediately putting the customer at ease.I highly recommend this business.

I booked an emergency appointment and was never there before. The same day they could see me. They are very professional and really take the time to investigate the problem and solve it. Also very surprised about the price, which was really good ! Came out with a big smile.
I was recommended Providence dental practise by a friend after I had chipped my tooth quite badly. I have a fear of the dentist and hadn’t had been in several years, I was terrified at what would need doing and what it would cost. From the moment I entered the room Deepti and Emma made me feel so comfortable and calmed my nerves. Deepti fixed my chipped tooth with a white filling, which now looks brand new. Emma even held my hand while I was having the numbing injection! They were both so lovely, the whole experience was so much better than I had thought it would be. Thank you ladies! I will be back in 6 months for my next check up.
Some time I struggle with wisdom tooth. I called them, got an appointment the same day. Really good dentist and amazing receptionist. Definitely recommend this dental practice.

I have been with this practice nearly 40 years & many changes have been made during this time. Since Komala has taken over she has really changed things for the better. She is so understanding & cannot do enough for you. Since November I have had a couple of implants yesterday being my second one absolutely pain free & eating normally. The amazing Nyi really is so kind & caring done both implants for me. He phoned me today to check everything was fine. My entire family have been patients at Providence for many years now and would say I am a severely phobic dental patient. I have been treated so kindly, patiently and my fears are really listened to. I know I am safe here. Everyone is invested in this practice to make you feel happy with your treatment and I couldn't recommend it more. Having a phobia of dentists and injections also with a swallowing issue with the water that is used with most dental work, you could say I'm a tricky customer!These people at providence (dentists and nurses) listen to your issues to work with you, take their time and care about you making the whole experience a breeze, including the injections which I normally have to be sedated for but they are so gentle I no longer need this.I can not recommend this practice enough especially for those that like me find the whole process petrifying, but now I turn up and leave with a smile on my face knowing that I will always be looked after like family!

This dental practice is absolutely amazing. Komala and all her colleagues are welcoming, friendly and very professional. I recently had a fall and damaged my two front teeth. They fitted me in between patients and remedied the damage. I was so nervous and they put me at ease ,always checking i was ok ,explained everything thoroughly , nothing was a rush, took the time for me being nervous. Receptionist lovely and kindly came out to check i was ok before i left and to have a chat ,that has never happened before . I would recommend this practice to everyone,infact i have and registered rest of my family.
Built confidence and trust over about 18/24 months to the point of enabling a young lady go from fear to 4 extractions in one go! Testament to the atmosphere created by all the staff. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael & his team.
I know many people are scared of dentists, but my fear was actually beyond words. I used to have panic attacks hours or even days before the appointment and ended up cancelling every time. When I read about this practice and how they deal with nervous patients, I thought it would have been my last chance to try and save my teeth. And I am so glad I did try. The Doctor and every single member of staff are absolutely incredible. Professional, extremely patient and caring, and honest on what's going to happen and on the amount of discomfort you could experience.
